Districts and schools are encouraged to send teams of up to four persons to participate in the Career and Technical Education (CTE) professional development academies. Teams should consist of at least one administrator applying to the CTE Leadership Academy and one or more counselors applying to the Professional School Counselor Academy.
How to Apply as a Team:
All team members must complete separate online application forms. Links to the CTE Leadership Academy and Professional School Counselor Academy applications can be found at the bottom of this page. You will be able to indicate whether you are applying as an individual or as part of a team on the application form.
Applicants who are part of a team will need to complete an additional Team Questionnaire consisting of the following two questions:
- What is the primary CTE-related outcome or goal your CTE team would like to achieve this school year?
- How will your team’s participation in the CTE Leadership Academy and Professional School Counselor Academy benefit your district?
Responses to each question are limited to a maximum of 750 characters. Please allow yourself sufficient time to complete the form. Responses cannot be saved and completed at a later time. Applications must be approved by your district superintendent, associate superintendent, or other designee to be considered.

MUST SUBMIT AN INDIVIDUAL ONLINE APPLICATION TO BE CONSIDERED.
Applications must be submitted by September 15, 2017.
Applicants will be notified of acceptance no later than September 22, 2017.
