Perkins Program Effectiveness Report (PER) 2016-2017 PDF Sample
To be in compliance with Perkins grant requirements, the Program Effectiveness Review (PER) must be completed every summer in the eGrant system to note improvement activities. These activities include student performance, STAAR coding and technical skill attainment. Ten percent of the district’s funding will be withheld until this report and the final expenditure report are received by TEA.
